Identified and spearheaded the development of Teleflora's first-ever drop-ship program, creating an entirely new revenue channel for one of the country's most established floral brands. By capturing orders that previously would have been lost, the program directly contributed incremental sales growth while modernizing the company's e-commerce infrastructure.
