Communications & partnerships strategist with 8+ years spanning nonprofit community education, creative-agency campaign work, and corporate partnership-program leadership.

I've raised $100K+ for a nonprofit in three months, launched a bilingual water-conservation campaign for LA County, and built Teleflora's first drop-ship program from zero to seven vendor partnerships fulfilling tens of thousands of orders annually.

About Me

I'm Diana Miranda. My first job out of undergrad was as a Prevention Education Coordinator at Peace Over Violence, coordinating public education campaigns and grassroots fundraising with public health agencies across LA County — the work that first taught me how to build a campaign people actually show up for.

From there I went to Swell, a Los Angeles creative agency, where I learned to turn causes into full campaigns — a water-conservation initiative for LA County, a fundraising sprint for a nonprofit reuniting migrant families, a rebrand for a labor union. By the time I was promoted to Client Manager, I was running 12+ client relationships and leading cross-functional teams through everything from bilingual social content to a $100K fundraising push.

Then I moved client-side to Teleflora, where I built the company's first drop-ship program from the ground up — a way to finally serve customers in areas with no local florist coverage. What started as a single pilot partnership grew into seven vendor relationships, roughly 120 SKUs, and tens of thousands of orders fulfilled annually: a new source of sales built entirely out of demand the company couldn't previously serve. I managed vendor relationships, and reporting systems that turned it from a good idea into a sustainable program.

Since leaving Teleflora in May 2026, I've become a mom and started building my own brand strategy practice, DiVi Ventures — proof I can take a strategy from zero to launch, on no sleep.
