
UFCW 770
Our goal for this client was to build an electrifying new brand, website, and digital strategy that empowered members to organize from the ground-up.
For this project, I supported our client in creating a unifying message that lifted up members across industries and their common cause in the fight for a better deal. We accomplished this through our social media and email campaigns that highlighted UFCW 770 members, promoted upcoming and ongoing union initiatives and collective actions.
Duties Performed:
Project Management: Assigned tasks to AirTable to keep our team in the know and track tasks assigned and delivered successfully and on time.
Copywriting: Content creation in both English and Spanish for social, bi-weekly newsletters, digital and printed ads, and printed collateral.
Design Support: Used Photoshop to create daily graphics for social posts and email newsletters.
Filming: Visited over 15 UFCW grocery stores to meet with UFCW 770 members and interview them for our communications content
Community Management: ensuring our audience’s inquiries, and concerns were heard and resolved. I managed this aspect of the project and ensured we promptly responded to inquiries, comments, and praise on social and email accounts.
